Our sponsors begin working on Beta projects for the new academic year before the first day of school! Their planning and scheduling help us to accomplish so much and set an example for our members. Full of energy and enthusiasm, our sponsors make working fun while using their many years of Beta experience to instruct us. Even with all of the planning and paperwork their biggest job is to motivate each member to meet their potential, and they take that responsibility seriously. As they teach us leadership through service as a club they still manage to show each of us individually how much they care. We truly appreciate their passion for Beta and the values of the club and thank them for their dedication. We are proud to say that they are role models for us every day as we watch them live the Beta motto, ‘Let us lead by serving others.’

Assuming responsibility for an entire group of high school students can be a daunting task - especially at convention! For such trips our sponsors have very strict rules and go without sleep to see to it that we conduct ourselves in a manner that reflects well on the Malden school district and community as well as Beta Club.
