- Each registered BETA is expected to display and exert leadership qualities in a responsible manner! Betas should conduct themselves in such a manner that their actions will reflect favorably on the school and community and all of those responsible for providing the student with this opportunity.
- BETAS registered at convention must be present for all meetings and ON TIME. We sit as a group, do not leave individually.
- Curfew is 12:00 midnight until 6:30 am. Be in your rooms and reasonably quiet.
- No alcohol beverages or drugs, in any form, shall be possessed by anyone at any BETA convention. Clothing which advertises sex, drugs, or alcohol will not be permitted.
- YOU MUST WEAR NAME TAGS AT ALL TIMES.
- Avoid corny, crude or risqué jokes and acts---they are beneath the dignity of BETA.
- The meeting and dance are officially informal. Clothing with inappropriate advertising slogans or emblems with not be permitted. Shorts, ragged jeans, cut-offs, halters, midriffs, meshed shirts, and swimsuits will not be permitted at the GENERAL SESSIONS or DANCE. No caps or hats will be worn by anyone at the GENERAL SESSIONS (this includes any visitors or family members). Shorts (in good taste) may be worn at the dance.
