2012 National Beta Convention
There are 18 Senior Beta and 13 Junior Beta state conventions each year with many fun and educational activities. Competitions range from academic to artistic with thousands of students participating. Conventions give the opportunity for members to interact, share project ideas, and showcase their academic and leadership abilities.
The National Senior Convention and The National Junior Convention are held each year in June and bring together thousands of club members from around the country. National Conventions have been held in such locations as Orlando, Florida; New Orleans, Louisiana; Myrtle Beach South Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee, giving members the chance to travel to areas which they might not ordinarily have the opportunity to see. Missouri is still hoping to host a national convention some day! |
